in Returning to Work: As a Qualified
Injured Worker in California you will
receive a pamphlet titled: "Help In Returning
to Work-94", for injuries occuring on
or after 1/1/94 or, "Help In Returning
to Work" for injuries occuring prior to

is also available at any Division of Worker's
Compensation Rehabilitation Unit in your
district.

Qualified
Rehabilitation Representative (QRR or
Counselor) Waiver: You may be
entitled to a waiver of QRR fees. We will
be able to evaluate if you are entitled
to this waiver. Although the rules and
regulations provide that any such waiver
can be developed without a QRR, the process
is not simple. If you do qualify, we can
quote you an approximate rate based on
the QRR fee schedule to develop your vocational
plan.

for Private Postsecondary and Vocational
Education is a division of the
California Department of Consumer Affairs
(DCA) that promotes the integration and
improvment of private postsecondary education
into all aspects of California's educational
system.
The
Department of Rehabiliation assists
Californians with disabilities in obtaining
and retaining employment and maximizing
their ability to live independently in
their communities.

offers a large and comprehensive database
of vocational schools. Includes a search
engine for finding schools by geographic
location, occupation and other preferences.
